Is this only for hospitality businesses?
No. Sami for Business is for people selling services, teaching classes, coaching clients or running an independent business. It uses The Reach platform with information about your own business.
Can I connect Instagram today?
Not yet. Instagram and Facebook Messenger connections are in development and require Meta approval before customer rollout. Contact us about WhatsApp, website chat or voice in the meantime.
Does Sami replace Calendly or my calendar?
No. The initial setup uses a link to your existing booking page, including Calendly or another scheduling service. Your booking service handles availability and confirmation. Direct calendar synchronization is not included at this stage.
What happens after I get in touch?
Your email goes to The Reach team. Tell us about your business and the channels you need. We’ll confirm what can be set up, the price and any usage charges before you subscribe.
