TheReach.ai is an AI-powered guest communication platform for vacation rental hosts and property managers. The platform operates under the trade name TheReach.ai.
AI Disclosure
Sami is an AI assistant. Guests are informed they are speaking with an AI when they begin a conversation. TheReach.ai operates on a customer-controlled model — each property manager configures Sami within their own workspace and retains full control of guest communications.
All voice calls handled by TheReach.ai include a mandatory disclosure message: "This call is handled by an AI assistant. It may be recorded and transcribed."
Data Processing
